Albion Projects were awarded the contract to refurbish a 2 level retail/office building at Macgregor Terrace, Bardon. The works involved constructing a new enclosed dining area to the street elevation, refurbishment of the entire façade, full upgrade of all electrical supply and distribution and the full refurbishment of the existing Ground Floor Arcade.

These works were completed within a fully operational retail complex which required extensive planning and consultation with both the public and tenants.
