Overview	Albion Projects were awarded the contract to refurbish an existing 2 level commercial building in Spring Hill along with the full fit-out of the upper floor for the tenant, Digicon. The works involved the full refurbishment of the façade along with the demolition, ceilings, partitions, glazing, joinery, workstations and building services to the upper floor fit-out. Extensive data, communications, security, and air-conditioning works were undertaken to facilitate the extensive requirements of the tenant, an IT company. The project was completed within the tight programme duration of 10 weeks.
