Overview
Albion Projects was awarded the fixed lump sum contract to complete the internal refurbishment (Level One), façade refurbishment and carpark upgrade of this commercial property in Black Street, Milton.
 
Internal works involved the complete internal demolition and strip out of Level One offices and amenities, inclusive of all electrical and hydraulic services. Albion Projects then completed a full new fit out which included new male and female amenities, new kitchen, new electrical distribution, new hydraulic services and significant alterations to existing air-conditioning and ventilation systems. Albion Projects also completed a total refurbishment of the existing entry foyer and main stairwell to the building.
 
External works comprised the removal and installation of new commercial window suites to both levels of the building and the cladding of the building with a combination of compressed fibre cement and alucobond cladding. New sun hoods were installed to both Level One & Level Two windows.
 
New auto gates and security fencing was installed to the car parking level with this level also receiving new lighting and painting.
 
All refurbishment works were completed within an operational building with extensive planning, co-ordination and out of hours work required with the major tenant and the building owner.
