portside wharf stage two - new sales office

Albion Projects were engaged to construct the Stage 2 Sales Office for Multiplex Developments at Portside Wharf Hamilton. The structure consisted of steel floor, wall and roof framing with extensive full height glazing to all promenade elevations. The reception area, display areas, offices and staff room were all completed to an extremely high level of finish.

Albion Projects completed this project with 12 weeks of Site Possession and the works were completed within a fully operational public plaza.
